The Real Story
I started preparing for CA Foundation right after my Class 12 boards, alongside building this website on the side. The first month was mostly about getting used to the sheer volume of the syllabus — four papers, each demanding a completely different kind of thinking.
Accounts and Quant needed daily practice more than reading — I could understand a concept in ten minutes and still get the numbers wrong for a week until it clicked through repetition. Law and Economics were the opposite: slow, steady reading and revision mattered more than solving endless questions.
The last month before the exam was the hardest — juggling revision across all four papers while trying not to burn out. I leaned heavily on short, own-written notes for quick revision instead of re-reading full textbooks, which made the final 15 days far less stressful.
